Our Story

Founder Director
Dr. Nivedita Sarkar is the Founder Director of Fluoresight Bioprobes Private Limited. She is a PhD in Life Sciences from Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute Kolkata, with a specialization in cell biology, focused on the cancer biology of skin cells under arsenic induced toxicity. She is an expert in fluorescence microscopy and has over 10 years of experience in cell and molecular biology in an R&D setting. Dr. Sarkar has a strong track record of success in research and development. She is also a highly skilled mentor who has trained several students and postdoctoral fellows. Dr. Sarkar is passionate about developing new technologies that can be used to improve cancer diagnosis.
Founder Director
Prof. Subhadeep Banerjee is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani KK Birla Goa Campus. He is also the co-founder of Fluoresight Bioprobes Private Limited, a company that develops fluorescent molecular probes for bioimaging applications.
Prof. Banerjee has over 10 years of experience in academia and industry. He received his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut in 2012. His research interests include the synthesis and spectroscopy of fluorescent organic molecules.
Prof. Banerjee is a passionate educator and researcher who is committed to training the next generation of scientists and to developing new technologies that can improve the lives of people around the world.
